Welcome to the Exhibition Manual

ALCA is pleased to be bringing PLC2022 to Sydney at Doltone House Darling Island located in Sydney on 8-10 March 2022.

The Exhibition Manual has been setup as an Online Exhibition Site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to setup your exhibition space, hire furniture & AV, deliver material & book freight can all be found on this site.

Please ensure you complete the 3 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of PLC2022.

1. READ EXHIBITION MANUAL

Read through the Exhibition Manual carefully for important information prior to completing Step 2:

Venue (Location, Services, Parking)
Exhibition (Hours, Floorplan, Booth Type & Inclusions)
Delivery (Book Freight, Download Delivery Label)

2. COMPLETE THE ONLINE EXHIBITOR FORM

Complete your Online Exhibitor Form and submit the Key Submission Items:

Confirm your Booth Type & Booth Specifications
Advise of Deliveries
Upload your Public Liability Insurance: Certificate of Currency

Conference WIFI will be available during the conference.
A hardwired internet connection can be organised at an additional cost by contacting the conference team.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

All electrical power leads and appliances are to be tested and tagged by a qualified electrician prior to arrival at the venue.
Please note Doltone House does not lend power leads to any exhibitor or supplier – all users are expected to provide their own.

CATERING

Doltone House can assist with organising certain food or beverage items from your booth. Please contact the conference office to assist with your enquiry.

VENUE RESTRICTIONS

The South Wharf has a maximum height restriction of 2.5m. Booths must not exceed beyond this height.
Rigging is not permitted.
Any signs, booth furniture or booth features must be kept within your booth measurements. All aisle ways must be kept clear.

PARKING

Doltone House recommend parking in the Wilson Jones Bay Wharf Carpark or The Star Parking Station. More information can be downloaded below.
Exhibitors will be able to access the South Wharf room via the Doltone House Darling Island waterfront promenade.

The exhibition will be held in the South Wharf at Doltone House Darling Island.

Each exhibitor has been allocated a space within the exhibition and the floorplan is available to download and will be updated regularly.

Please note: the floorplan is subject to change.

BOOTH INCLUSIONS

Shell scheme booths are included in all exhibition packages. Please refer to your booth allocation for confirmation on booth number and sizing.

Shell Scheme Booths include:

2.5m H white octonorm walling (amount of walling depends on orientation and placement of stand)
Fascia sign on all aisle frontages (30 max UPPERCASE characters) (number of frontages depends on booth orientation and placement
1 x 4amp power outlet
2 x LED track mounted spotlights per 9 square meters mounted onto the light track inside the fascia
Venue carpet

ExpoNet have been contracted as the official exhibition builders. ExpoNet will email the main contact their login details for the ExpoConnect Online Exhibitor Kit (OEK) to capture information related to furniture, signage and power. On your completion of the ExpoConnect OEK, you will be able to upgrade your shell scheme booth and customise this as you require.

**If you wish to have an external contractor provide a custom booth and do not require your Shell Scheme Booth, please advise the conference office during completion of the Online Exhibitor Form.

DELIVERY LABEL

Doltone House will accept courier deliveries 24 hours before the event on Tuesday 8 March. No deliveries will be accepted before Tuesday 8 March.

Deliveries will only be accepted during business hours of 9:00am – 5.00pm

A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to Stadium Australia. Please download the Venue Delivery Label below. All labels must be marked with your company name, contact, mobile number and booth number.

BOOKING FREIGHT

ExpoFreight has been appointed as the official freight provider to assist with and will be contacting each exhibitor to discuss their freight requirements for the show. In the meantime, if you would like a price estimate, please complete the freight request form below.
