Now in its 8th year, the Private Land Conservation Conference is Australia’s premier land conservation event. The Australian Land Conservation Alliance will present the 2024 Conference as a two-day program, from 10-11 October, in Sydney. It will run subsequently to the Global Nature Positive Summit being convened by Minister Plibersek.

PLC24 will continue to explore the opportunities to scale the levels of nature investment, to address the declining condition of our natural environment, and the rapidly approaching target to deliver on commitments as a signatory to the Global Biodiversity Framework. PLC24 will offer a pivotal point of reflection on the solutions being delivered by the private land conservation sector, in partnership with its vast network of landholders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land managers, and government and private partners.
