Darling Island (opposite The Star) 48 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, 2009

Doltone House is proud to be housed in the first 6 star green-star rated building in NSW. The building achieved carbon neutral status and took the mantle as one of the first two buildings in Australia to achieve the certification under NABERS and Climate Active, and in alignment with the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

The environmental initiatives utilised in the building are nothing short of inspirational. This has led the Doltone House Group to create a unique set of policies and plans for the internal fit-out of the venue to ensure they complement those of the building. By adopting and expanding on the principles and philosophies of the building, Doltone House aims to lead the way into the future by providing the greenest venue in New South Wales.
