Early bird registrations are open Tuesday 10 June - Friday 8 August 2025 and are not applicable for the Speaker, Student or Youth registration categories. Prices include GST and prices for workshops and field trips are indicative.

Please note that some workshops require a minimum number of attendees to proceed. Should your
selection not reach the minimum number required; we will refund the cost back to you.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations require individual review by ALCA. Immediate written notification is required and no cancellations will be accepted after 30 September 2025. Change of delegate name is accepted at no additional cost.
